Ale Yeah Yoga: Autumn Session (Sep) v Prairie Street Brewing Company
Join yoga instructor Ally Troia, founder of 815Yoga, at Prairie Street Brewing Co. for Ale Yeah Yoga — a fun, social yoga + beer event for all skill levels. Each session will include 60 minutes of yoga instruction, followed by a pint of beer and granola bar pairing (kombucha option available). This is a popular event, so get your tickets today!

ABOUT ALLY TROIA
Born and raised in Rockford, Illinois, Ally Troia began her yoga practice during her time at the University of Missouri. Ally earned her 200 hour yoga certification in July 2016 in Costa Rica through Yoga on High (Columbus, Ohio).
In February 2017, Ally founded 815Yoga, LLC, in hopes of growing and strengthening the yoga community in Rockford. She teaches a variety of yoga classes for all levels in the Rockford area and especially loves brand new beginners.

Prairie Street Brewing Co. is a historic brewpub in downtown Rockford, Illinois producing handcrafted and locally-sourced food and beer. It is also home to many popular events such as Dinner on the Dock, Rockford Handmade Market, Ale Yeah Yoga, and the Elevate Palate Trip Series. The facility itself houses event and banquet space for weddings and corporate events, as well as office space, lofts and a marina.
