After the digital release of ‘Rescue Dog’ Dav Blues is back in his home studio working on a new record. Blues’ has been called “moody gold”, and that describes his style perfectly in three syllables. A soulful singer with the guitar stylings of ‘The Lumineers’ and ‘The Head and The Heart’, Dav Blues is sure to make you feel feelings you didn’t know you wanted to feel. Folky, soulful, and filled with raw emotion Dav Blues is on the rise and set to make his mark on the music community.
Jeff William Butcher - American Radiation ||
With an EP expected this spring titled "American Radiation" Jeff William Butcher is currently recording new material that reflects more of his rock roots. Jeff has toured Nationally and in Europe, solo and with several projects spanning different genres, playing Summerfest, SXSW, CMJ, CMW, Savannah Stopover, and SoFar: Boston, Chicago and Athens. Over the past 10 years he has played with various acts around Boston and is working on blending Folk and Early Americana with Soul, British Rock, 70's Power Pop, and New Wave influences.
Lindsey Sampson Music ||
Lindsey blends quiet morning folk with Southern stomp & holler for a sound with depth and energy. Hailing from New England, she draws from nature and folklore to create songs with soul and simplicity. When not playing solo, she plays in the band Floorcloud, who released their first EP in December.
Aaron Wardwell ||
With songwriting, Aaron Wardwell explores the waters of many different styles and genres. In Aaron’s forthcoming release (King Leisure) he strives to form a union between the genres of surfpop, organ-folk, shoegaze, and early punk. He is also currently developing a folk concept album about the jaunts of a disillusioned Appalachian man-fish. Aaron has been described as having the voice of Johnny Cash and the poetic lyricism of Leonard Cohen.
