Our brewers collaborated with Odell Brewing for this year's T.A.P. TX 5.0 - 6.0% ABV! Our Director of Brewing, Joe Mohrfeld, and Odell Brewing Co. COO, Brendan McGivney, have been playing around with this recipe since back in 2012. This is the 5th iteration since Odell began distributing in Texas and the 6th iteration they have ever done and each time it gets more interesting and ground breaking. For this year's batch we used some of the most exciting new hop varieties, Cashmere and Strata. This experimental American Pale Ale bursts with complex fruit, strawberry, and clementine flavors and aromas, that create a flavor profile unlike any beer we have ever released!
