Shining for Summer is a Source Energy Health and Wellbeing event with an emphasis of giving you the support and tools you need to manage your own health and wellbeing to enable you to achieve your full potential. This is done by the deliverance of information and taster sessions from our wonderful selection of stall holders, tutors and practitioners. A long side their knowledge and expertise you will be invited to join in with the diverse list of workshops running through out the day, you can expect anything from tai chi, Yoga and meditation to mediumship, talks on natures remedies and kinesiology. £2 entrance, carers and under 12s are free.
