A very dark and sinister act was committed. Was it necessary? No. Was it fun? For sure. Is it delicious? Oh, hell yes.

After 16 months in the making, we bring you "Vanilla Pseudonym". This imperial stout was brewed explicitly to rest in a perfectly matched oak environment for however long it was going to take.

After aging, this beer was racked onto ground, Papau New Guinea vanilla beans at a rate of 1 pound per barrel.

At 12% alcohol by volume and a finish gravity of 1.045 (11.2° Plato), Vanilla Pseudonym has a perfectly full body to match the complex, spicy rye contribution from LAWS SECALE RYE WHISKEY BARRELS with a chewy, marshmallow finish.

No expense was spared, no corners were cut. Why? Because THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS.
